Yona is a record breaking, world leading, Olympic diver. At 6ft 2 and one of the only black divers in the world, Yona has obliterated the stereotypes in sport, always with a smile on his face.

Born in the UK, Yona represents Jamaica via his parent’s heritage. His career has always been an uphill struggle against the stereotypes in sport and diving. Through self-belief, hard work, relentless effort and a resilience against the doubters, Yona has proven the world wrong, being the first ever male diver to qualify for the Olympic Games from any Caribbean country.
Yona's online workshop will guide you through the difficulties of being different in a sport and in the world, show you how to keep battling no matter what, and inspire you with his humor, friendly demeanor and beaming smile. He will connect with your class instantly.

Each call is priced based on one class dialling in, with discounted rates for additional classes joining the same call.

Each term (just a few times a year we promise!) we send an email with relevant virtual visits to coincide with events like Black History Month, World Book Day and Science Week. If you'd be happy to receive this, please tick below.
