Prepare to be shocked and amazed in this tour of your brain and senses! You will find out all about how your senses work and explore questions like why food tastes funny when you have a cold! KS1+

Virtual Visit Details

Suitable for KS1 and 2, this interactive exploration of the senses uses illusions and activities to help
students understand:

• Their 5 main senses, and the parts of the body important for each
• How each body part works, and how their brain uses this information
• That our senses work together to give us a full picture of the world.

Along the way, the students will participate in experiments showing them why food tastes funny when you have a cold, and how you can touch your nose with your eyes closed. Plus there will be plenty of time to ask questions about their amazing brain and senses!
