Sophie is a GB Wheelchair Basketball player and captained the team at the Rio Paralympics. She's a World and European Silver Medalist and is training for the Tokyo 2021 Paralympics, aiming for a medal!

Sophie will share her story of surviving a traumatic car accident and how grit and determination got her to where she is today.

- how sport and exercise changed her life for the better
- how she understands people and uses her psychology degrees to build and support a team
- how the lack of representation of disabled people in the media is a problem and how she would like to tackle it by being a positive role model
