Virtual Visit Details
Inspire your pupils with rocks, soils and wonders of geology.
This virtual visit is presented by expert scientist Ian B Dunne, using his own magnificent collection of rocks and fossils.
Your class will look at specimens and see what's under our feet. You will hear:
• Why rocks are great there are so many of them.
• The three main classes of rocks.
• How they form and the fossils that might be trapped in them.
• Soils, so much more than just dirt!

Each call is priced based on one class dialling in, with discounted rates for additional classes joining the same call.

We will provide you with a Zoom link for the call, unless you would prefer to provide a link yourself (MS Teams/Google Meet). Please indicate below.
Each term (just a few times a year we promise!) we send an email with relevant virtual visits to coincide with events like Black History Month, World Book Day and Science Week. If you'd be happy to receive this, please tick below.
