Learn about your feelings, and how you can help yourself and others to be happy and healthy. This hands-on session with brain experts uses stories and activities to help kids understand resilience & mental health. KS1+

Virtual Visit Details

In a child-friendly way, this session introduces students to ideas around mental health and resilience.

They will learn:
• How to notice and name their feelings, and that it’s ok to feel bad sometimes.
• That some people find it harder to recover from bad experiences (this is resilience)
• How we can all help ourselves and others to develop more resilience to bad things in our lives.
• Where to go for help if they or someone else needs it.

Plus our expert presenters are ready to answer any questions your students might have about mental health. This session can be adapted for KS1 or KS2.
